I’m a proud Jersey girl now living in San Diego and that East Coast directness shows up in my work. Therapy with me is down to earth and straightforward.  Our work identifies the cycle within the relationship, understand the attachment need underneath it, and create behavioral change. Relationships are not one-size-fits-all. Therapy should not be either. My work is attachment-based, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and doctoral candidate in Couples and Family Therapy, I specialize in couples therapy, relational transition and stability.  I work with partners navigating high conflict, step-family integration, infidelity repair, shifting roles, conscious uncoupling and major relationship transitions. My research focuses on resilience and relational satisfaction which directly informs my work in the therapy room.

My primary theory of change is Emotionally Focused Therapy. I help partners identify negative interaction cycles, slow down escalation, access underlying attachment needs, and rebuild emotional safety. I integrate EMDR for trauma processing and structured communication tools to help couples move from reactivity to responsiveness. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in accountability. Therapy with me is active, directive, and focused on self-motivated goals. 

Populations Served

I help couples and consensually non-monogamous partners break entrenched patterns that keep relationships stuck and disconnected. Whether you are caught in the same arguments, navigating jealousy or trust, feeling unseen, or drifting apart, we will work to disrupt those cycles and rebuild emotional safety and intimacy.
