My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practice. I strive to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered, while also gaining practical tools that foster meaningful change. I believe therapy should be both validating and skill-building—honoring each person’s lived experience while supporting growth, resilience, and lasting transformation.
I am especially passionate about supporting first-generation individuals as they navigate complex experiences, including generational trauma, entry into professional spaces, and the pursuit of higher education. I deeply value resilience and community, and I work to create affirming spaces where clients can process their experiences, build confidence, and develop the skills needed to thrive. My work centers on empowerment, community, and resilience.
I also have specialized training and a strong passion for supporting the neurodivergent community, particularly individuals with ADHD and executive functioning challenges. My experience in a group practice specializing in ADHD and anxiety has strengthened my ability to provide practical, strengths-based interventions tailored to each client’s unique needs.
In my work with children, adolescents, and parents, I integrate evidence-based treatments with play-based techniques to support emotional and behavioral regulation, including managing emotional outbursts. I provide parent coaching using Parent Management Training (PMT), Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE), and Parent–Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). I value partnering with parents to strengthen effective parenting strategies, improve family relationships, and support meaningful, long-term growth.
