Helping Clients Find Clarity, Connection, and Emotional Balance

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with adults and adolescents who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or disconnected — either from themselves or from the people they care about. With several years of clinical experience, I provide a warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions without judgment.

My work is grounded in psychodynamic and attachment-based therapy, helping you uncover deeper patterns and early relational experiences that may be influencing your current struggles. By bringing insight to these patterns, you can begin making more empowered and intentional choices in your life.

In couples therapy, I utilize the Gottman Method, a research-based approach that helps partners strengthen communication, repair conflict, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional connection. Together, we work to understand the underlying emotions and needs driving disconnection while developing practical tools that support lasting relational change.

I also integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to provide practical tools for managing anxiety, improving emotional regulation, strengthening self-esteem, and navigating life transitions. Therapy with me is both reflective and skills-based, offering space for understanding and strategies for change.

Therapeutic Approach

My style is warm, collaborative, and insight oriented. I believe therapy should feel both safe and productive — a space where you feel understood while also gently challenged toward growth. Together, we identify patterns, explore underlying emotions, and build practical tools that support lasting change

Fees & Insurance

We are an out-of-network provider. While we may not be directly in-network with insurance plans, many clients are eligible for partial reimbursement most of the time up to 80% through their out-of-network benefits.

If your insurance plan includes out-of-network coverage, we can provide you with a monthly superbill (an electronic invoice from us). You would submit this document directly to your insurance provider, and depending on your plan, you may be reimbursed for a portion of your session fee.

My clients are often....

  • Seeking couples therapy to improve communication, repair conflict, rebuild trust, or recover after an affair
  • In interracial or intercultural relationships and wanting support navigating differences in culture, identity, or family expectations
  • Experiencing anxiety, chronic stress, or feeling emotionally overwhelmed
  • Struggling with depression, low mood, or a loss of motivation
  • Working to build stronger emotional regulation and distress tolerance
  • Moving through major life transitions such as career changes, relocation, or shifts in identity
  • Trying to understand relationship patterns and attachment dynamics
  • Working to strengthen self-esteem, confidence, and identity development
  • First- or second-generation immigrants navigating cultural expectations, belonging, and identity
